Buddy, will you send me a sign? A good man is hard to find. They want you down and tired, Gasping for air, mud caked, and cryin. Send me a pic in the mail. I pull out the nail from the palm to crush desire. It gets real hard watching cowboys in the sand, I'm shakin fast Cause I know it won't last. I needed to, I want to, And I feel it too, truly true. I tried real hard to get in the car. Guessing the post, it was late. I reach out my hands, wait for totems of your pain. It gets real hard, watching others take the same, I'm shaking fast Cause I know it won't last. I needed to, I want to, And I feel it too, truly true, I tried real hard to get in the car.
